"Excellent staff and service"

I had a short stay in October at Alexandria Hospital Redditch.

Please can you thank all staff at the MAU ward 3, They were brilliant, helpful and made my stay an absolute joy. All are an asset to the hospital.

Please can you also thank the staff at the discharge lounge where I was discharged at 16: 40.

They too were very helpful, and very professional.

I was actually present when another patients partner arrived, started verbally abusing them, and saying that there were "nurses standing around doing nothing", which was not the case. They handled the situation professionally and both are a credit to your hospital.
