"Horrendous time keeping"

About: Royal Oldham Hospital

I'd had my usual 6 month check up and to no shock they were running late (not that they informed any of us I'm the waiting room - which was at full capacity). My appointment was at 16:10 and I wasn't seen until 18:05! I had to leave the waiting room to go back to my car and put another ticket on, it may not be a huge amount of money but when it's not my fault and I've already had to take time out of work which I will not be paid for it's ridiculous, not so much as an apology was given either. I don't think I have been seen at my scheduled appointment time since I've been there, which is over 3 years now. I must admit that the nurses who took my water sample I couldn't fault, and the receptionist was friendly enough but they should have at least told patients upon booking in that their clinic was running 2 hours behind.
