"Friendly staff at Dewsbury Cardiology dept"

Staff at the Dewsbury hospital Cardiology department were very helpful and could not do enough for you. I was a little apprehensive before going into hospital because there was no readily available transport to the hospital. However, the hospital arranged transport for me, so I was very pleased with this. When I arrived at the hospital, the receptionist took me down to the angiogram suite and introduced me to the nursing staff, who were all very helpful.

I was very worried about the treatment, but the consultant came and he explained everything really well. The only thing which was not explained was that there would be many people in theatre when I went down there - it was a bit of a shock to see so many people in the room with me after the procedure.

We are extremely happy that this patient has been satisfied with the care they have received at the Cardiology department at Dewsbury District Hospital. We would also like to thank the poster for taking time to convey their comments.
