"Thank you to the nurse in Breast Clinic"

About: Wansbeck Hospital

Having visited the breast clinic today I really wanted to send a thank you to the healthcare assistant in my consultant's clinic. I was extremely anxious about the visit and she was absolutely fantastic. So reassuring and caring, as were the team of two who performed my ultrasound. I can now enjoy my 30th Birthday next week without worrying. Thank you all for being so understanding about my anxiety surrounding hospitals and for the excellent care I received.

Dear Madam, This feedback is so kind and thoughtful. Thank you for sharing it with us. It was lovely to read how our staff helped to allay your worries and anxieties that day. My hope is that the health care assistant will recognise herself when she reads your comments and fully appreciate the difference her kindness and compassion made.
