Incompetent, rude, uncaring, inefficient and beyond frustrating dealing with this department. They lost my referral 5 times, can't answer a simple query passed from department to department With no apology Each one more rude than the next. When I was last seen here you wait up to 4 hpurs to be seen. Seen by a junior doctor who is about as useful as a chocolate teapot. The nurses leave you hours waiting for pain relief. I am now waiting for Pals to contact me I won't hold my breath. If you value your sanity and health avoid this place like the plague.
