What could be improved

Nurses? What nurses? All I saw were what appeared to be staff writing all the time or on the telephone with no interaction with patients or next of kin unless you asked.

Patient / next of kin communication is non-existent.

General care - my mother left in a chair freezing and sitting in her own faeces.

Anything else?

My elderly mother is currently on Jowers ward at your disgrace of a hospital. She appears to have had a fall which no-one has reported, 5 days to take a CT scan, no communication from staff as to what is going on, constant fob-offs from staff, ward doctor too busy to talk to us, promised calls to home never happened, absolute disgrace.
