I'm registered at North Trafford Group Practice, Seymour Grove and I always end up seeing a different GP every time I go. My GP is never available. Each time they seem unable to get my notes up and ask me things like why I'm taking a prescription. Why don't they have this information in my records on the computer that's in front of them?
