What I liked

Nothing at all,my mother has been admited to this hospital on a number of occasions,She has learning disability and has been in a hell of alot of pain,she has a large gallstone and the pain has been unbearable for her she has had lots of attacks,she was treated like a idiot because of her learning disability and i found it appaling.

What could be improved

In the end she was told not to come into hospital for her unbearable pain.She had to deal with doctors and nurses not beliving her saying that a gall stone would not cause that much pain,at times she was left without pain relive,and she takes other medication, they were giving her the wrong dosage of that she tried to tell them but they ignored her, she was denied food and drink when there was no reason for her not to eat of drink,she was starving,I was totally disgusted,there was no one there to explaine things to her as she has learning disability,she was constently fobed of,I tried my hardest to get some answers but was just more or less laughed at,She was also left for hours before being seen by anyone

Anything else?

There needs to be a doctor or nurse who deals with learning disability who can explaine things and get there voice heard,I was close to tears on a lot of occasions as my mum felt uncared for and bullyed and not listened to,in the end she got so desperate even though she was in unbearable pain she walked out in her dressing gown into a taxi just to get away from the hospital and the staff,It is very sad
