"Visitor's toilets"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital

While the care afforded to my relative was good/excellent I have noticed that the toilets in the public areas are not well maintained. The one on the third floor has two cubicles, on of which has been out of order since I was visiting in August. The other one had no toilet paper. One of the soap dispensers was empty. Last Monday two soap dispensers in the toilets near the entrance were empty and this is not the first time. On my way out I went to the toilets near the ye clinic entrance. The floor of the cubicle was swimming with water, at least I hope it was water. Surely hospital toilets should be checked regularly, lack of soap and toilet paper is surely a health and safety issue as is water on the floor. I expect to see an improvement.
