What I liked

I had a cataract removed and could not have had better treatment even in a private clinic. Every effort was made to make me feel comfortable and confident. The degree of cleanliness was exceptional especially by the nurses. Well done.

What could be improved

Very little, the whole department worked brilliantly. Perhaps a new look at the information booklet would be a good idea, I was more nervous reading that than having the operation done.

Anything else?

When I have to undergo a similar treatment for my other eye I will do so with more confidence.
