About: North Tyneside General Hospital

I have recently been an outpatient at Hexham General Hospital, also a Day Surgery patient at North Tyneside General Hospital, after which I was kept in overnight in Ward 8. I wish to commend all the staff in both hospitals who were involved in my care. I found every single member of staff to be thoroughly caring and professional, together with a very re-assuring manner. I came into contact with people from reception, nursing, anaesthetist and surgeon. I can only say what wonderful treatment I received.

That's a habit around excellence that we're keen to develop.
