"Dental treatment - Thursday 9th October 2014"

I would just like to express my thanks and appreciation for the excellent service provided by the Dental Hospital. I had two visits to the hospital for deep root canal surgery which was referred to the Hospital by my dentist, because of the more powerful microscope equipment available at the hospital. On each occasion the staff were friendly and welcoming with full explanation of the work being done. On the second occasion, from being taking me from reception and assisting the dentist, they provided an excellent service. Although it is a teaching/learning hospital, I was quite confident about the service I was receiving. The Consultant assured me at the commencement, that he would be supervising by popping in to see how the work was progressing, which he did. He is an extremely polite and helpful gentleman and even took the time at the end of the session to answer my question on the deep root canal surgery. England would be a better place if some of the other organisations in the service/retail area could adopt the same friendly, responsible and disciplined attitude of this Hospital. Again please accept my many thanks and appreciation for the service provided.
