Hello I just wanted to let someone know that the childrens outpatients department is always running late by 30 minutes or more ,i think people should bear in mind that some parents /carers work and a appointment running late by half an hour has a knock on effect it is hard enough having a disabled child and having a job to balance it all without the stress of rushing around

Thank you for your feedback about our children's outpatients department. We always do our best to ensure our clinics run to time and will certainly make sure the team are aware of the issues that can be caused for some parents and carers on the occasions when our clinics run late.
