"A credit to the NHS"

About: Sandwell General Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

Admitted to Newton 3 Ward over a week ago and the staff are an absolute lifeline. The level of care is exceptional and they really go the extra mile to make your staff as welcoming as possible. Being in hospital can be very demoralising but the staff really do take note and check on your welfare regularly. A credit to the national health system.
