"astly ward is dirty and the staff ..."

What I liked

astly ward is dirty and the staff are rather ignorant, forgot to give me my medication quite a few times which cud of been bad consiqencies.

my daughter had to attend to me at all hours of the nite because i wasnt gettin proper care. people patient were roaming in and out of my room, nurses ignored it, my room was never cleaned my daughter mopped it and cleaned it every day. nuses were swearing at patients in the night to get them in bed it was my worst nightmare i never slept at all i was scared, men and women were cuming in and out of my room through the night. i was in intensive care at 1st the staff in there r fabulous and they look after you rally well they deserve double pay brilliant not a bad word for the staff in there but all other wards the nuses want kicking up the backside, there was staff shortages so the nurses were getting stressed out all the time n had no time to check patients my advise is not to go to this hospital i am very lucky i am ere and thats because of the intensive care nurses they are exellent never moan always there for you well done intensive care nuses kep it up.

What could be improved

more staff and cleaners and staff to have some patience with, there patients, or if they dont like it why stay not just about wages they messing with peoples lifes.

Anything else?

the hospital needs a good check all staff and enviromental heath to make sure its clean and upto scratch with health and saftey.
