"Appointment"

I was referred by my GP in view of increasing tension in my hand due to Dupuytrens contracture. Expecting a session in the Day Unit under general, I was offered a procedure on the spot which has alleviated the problem. The consultant's instant approach has made me an extremely happy person, saved additional NHS resource being expended, and saved me time and discomfort with further trips to Frimley. I welcomed her pleasant manner, professional approach and expertise and I hope it is appreciated by management.
