"Neurology outpatients"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital

I attended The outpatient epilepsy clinic to review my medication.I had an appointment for 1045 and wasn't seen until 1130 . Although we had a long time to wait, the visit to the doctor was well worth the time. The doctor was wonderful so thoughtful kind and very caring attitude to how I was coping with my tablet reduction. Nothing was too much trouble I could ask any question and the doctor gave me the confidence to continue to manage this myself with help of epilepsy nurses I was even wished a safe journey home. The doctor is a great credit to the department

Dear Marie

Thank you for taking the time to post such kind words of praise following your visit to the Epilepsy Clinic yesterday. It is extremely encouragig for staff to recieve such positive feedback and I will ensure this is passed on to the directorate.

For your information, the Trust records patient feedback centrally and this is included in routine reports.

Thank you once again and I would like to wish you well in managing your epilepsy.

Debbie Fletcher
