"Long waiting lists and cancelled appointments"

About: Leighton Hospital

Booked a clinic appointment on 4th August for16th October, this was after several tests and appointments over previous months which revealed the underlying medical problem and expected that the medications would be prescribed to treat the condition at the clinic at Northwich hospital for 16th October. Now today 8th October just a week before the appointment I received a letter saying the clinic has been cancelled without any offer of a new date, just " You will be contacted with a new appointment' !! Didn't even have the correct contact No's on the letter to call them to rearrange and given the run-around by Choose and Book / Leighton appointments service / Doctors.!! Not good enough - Time to go to PALS with a complaint
