"Fantastic once you get past the desk in A&E"

About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

The staff and service I received at the hospital on Christmas eve was great once I had got past the receptionist in A&E. Although I am sure she was busy there was no one at the desk I was left standing for a good 15 mins before she called me over to ask why I was there. In A&E I think that is unsatisfactory.
