What I liked

Absolutely first rate medical & nursing staff - couldn't have wished for more thorough people looking after me. They were an absolute pleasure and I felt completely confident of the standard of care. I even asked if there was any treatment or investigation that I could have privately that would be better than the NHS could offer and was reassured that the care that I would get on the NHS would be exactly the same as I would get privately.

What could be improved

The reception and admin staff are just horrible! Truculent, rude, unhelpful, snotty...the list could go on. I was simply appalled at the way they would speak to patients arriving for appointments.

Anything else?

Waits for scan and ultrasound appointments could be slightly better but for an NHS service I was most impressed. I cannot stress how excellent the medical staff are, only let down by snotty & rude reception staff.
