"Rude staff member at Heartlands"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Maternity

(as a service user),

I'm 26 weeks pregnant and I phoned heartlands for some advice about my unborn child& the receptionist was so rude, refused to tell me what I needed to know to make sure all was okay. I felt she was abusive to me. This is absolutely disgraceful.
