About: Leeds Dental Hospital

Just wasted an hour of my life trying to park for my appointment at the Dental Institute. I find it incredible that I was actually unable to attend my appointment simply because I had nowhere to leave my car - at one point I was actually at the front door of the Institute, only to be forced to turn back. Upon arriving home I contacted the appointments line to reschedule, only to be predictably told I was a DNA and discharged. So I have to get referred all over again. The memory of seeing the Institute's front door gliding helplessly by is just infuriating. Next time I'll walk there.

Dear Gareth Gillespie Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. I am sorry that you were unable to find a parking space and so missed your appointment. I have passed your comments on to the Manager for the Leeds Dental Hospital and also the Manager for Car Parking. If you would like to discuss this in more detail please contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) either on 0113 2067168 or email patient.relations@leedsth.nhs.uk With kind regards Rosie Senior Nurse Patient Experience
