"3 weeks of hell!"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

I was admitted via A&E on 11/09/14. Spent 3 weeks in there and ended up being discharged in the same pain I went in with and undiagnosed!! The nurses are lovely and work their selves into the ground to help people. The doctors on the other hand think they know it all after giving you 3 minutes of their time! The consultants don't listen to you. If they don't listen they can't possibly understand what's wrong, and if they don't know what's wrong they cannot help you! I was spoken to as if I was nothing by one consultant. Let's just say there will be a formal complaint heading their way followed by a letter from my solicitor!! Highly reccomend you go elsewhere!

I am sorry to hear about your experience and the issues you mention. You raise a number of points which it would be good to discuss with you in more detail to identify areas we need to address. If you'd like to talk through your experiences with me, please do get in touch. Thank you.
