What I liked

On admission via A & E thier was contaminated waste in the bay i was placed in, I was left without any staff member entering for 4 hours.

When i complained it was view as a personal attack and the comments not dealth with.

I have been given treatment for a medical condition without proper investigation, then when requirin pain relief or insulin been left to wait in excess of 2 hours.

The doctors also do not explain decision and staff failed to inform me about my care.

My partner is a safeguarding trainer and was horrified by this as was the visiting Emergency Care practioner and clinical lead from another authority that came with him on my addmission to A&E.

What could be improved

Not enough space on here requires full investigation included on first admission being told i had been given 20 ml of morphine yet only 10 ML Syringe. Doctor handwriting blamed.

Anything else?

Formal concern will be raised as totally unacceptable practice and practice that places vulnerable patients at risk.
