What I liked

I was seen promptly the service provided was efficient and knowledgeable - the clinical staff couldn't be faulted.

What could be improved

The signage was poor, the parking was a nighmare (perhaps the hospital managment could consider off - site parking, esp for staff, the place was gridlocked, as were several nearby residential roads, bordering on dangerous!) The lady on reception was abrupt, unwelcoming and made us feel we were being a nuisance by asking for directions!
