"Passing of GP referral letter"

About: Nuffield Health, Cambridge Hospital

The hospital seem unable to pass a faxed referral letter from their main switchboard fax number to the applicable department. It took 5 phone calls to the hospital and 4 phone calls to my GP for me to sort out. In the meantime, I have been in a world of pain all week.
