What I liked

I thought I was going to get good efficient care. It seemed that way on the first visit.

What could be improved

Everything. The request for MRI got lost, there was confusion about scheduling follow-up appointments, and when I finally got my MRI there was a typo on the report that meant it didn't get where it needed to get soon--and the report indicates that I may have had a stroke at some point. So I am very scared because I may have been incorrectly/inadequately treated for Bell's Palsy when I might have had a stroke.

Anything else?

The doctor treating me is very nice, but I am not sure he takes all of my concerns seriously.
