I had my five year since breast cancer diagnosis "sign off" meeting in June 2014 and should have had no problem booking my mammogram for next May 2015. I have repeatedly had to go to the hospital to sort out a) an incorrect booking for a mammo incorrectly booked for this year; I was then refused an appointment by a nurse who is supposed to provide follow up care; there has since been a debate (which I am not part of); I have repeatedly visited PALS over the Summer in an attempt to correct the most simple of things : a mammogram appointment for next May. Finally I had a call from PALS last week to arrange an appointment next June. Since this began, I have repeatedly explained the mammo is due for May and in fact I am always away during June. PALS have now just refused to book me in May and couldn't check anything because they are in Sutton and I attend Fulham. There are other issues but this very simple booking appears impossible. Patient focussed healthcare? Not at the Marsden. I have no faith in this hospital to perform the most simple of tasks, in very stark contrast to the Chelsea and Westminster nearby. Woeful at every turn.
