"triarge nurse showed no care"

The doctor sent me to a and e after visiting with only wat I can dedcribe as extremely painfull mass in my bum.cud barely walk and no way cudI sit down.cud.nt breath right because it was taking my breath..triarge shouted me in..I crouched to the floor.she asked me questions then told me to go take a seat in yhe wziting area gor 2 and half hour..I said I cud.nt possibly do that.my choice was sit and wait..go home or to pinders where the wait would be 3 hours..I started cryin cos of the pain..she gave me the lowest dose of co codsmol even tho I told her the strong meds id been taking..I asked to speakto charge nurse..a fella came in said id not to b abusive to staff.gof ni.s wat she said to him..however I told him im happy to wait just cud.nt possible sit on an hard chair in so much pain in my rectum..he kindly offerd a bed till it was mu turn..there onward the staff were fantastic. Cleaner offered tea.snd the doc thst dealt with me was superb..at the end I was diagnosed with internal hemorrhoids that ad throbosed..an extremely painfull condition which I need to see a surgeon. .such a shame that the triarge on the day did.nt show any compassion toward me..it cruel snd unprofessional for her to have even suggest to go sit down for that length of time in the condition I enterrd a and e like.
