What I liked

Having been to the X-Ray Dept` earlier in the year, I knew where i had to go. On arrival the receptionist was very helpful and directed me where to go - follow the white line (or was it yellow?) to the waiting area, which I did.

No sooner had I sat down and I was greeted by the nurse on duty who explained exactly what the procedure was for my MRI.

30 minutes later and I was on my way home.

Excellent relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

Professional staff who cared.

What could be improved

I did notice on entering that there was no one around to to help at the initial entrance, everything was closed, if I had been a first time patient I would have been quite lost. It was 5.45pm and no available help was at hand to give direstions or other aid if required.

Anything else?

Nothing else, as usual my visit went as expected....excellent.
