About: Shropshire and Staffordshire Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

During a medical check with Dr Underwood at Stirchley medical practice I reported having hearing problems. Dr Underwood said he would arrange a hearing test. I expected a long delay, I was wrong!

Mid- September I was contacted by a representative of TRAQS and a hearing test appointment was made for 9am a few days later at Specsavers High street, Wellington. I duly attended Specsavers and an hour later left fully fitted with hearing aids and hearing things I had been missing for ages.

Emris at Specsavers gave me splendid service my thanks to her. I am delighted with the service and offer my thanks to all concerned.

I am pleased to hear that we were able to arrange a prompt appointment at a provider of your Choice and as a result you are already benefiting from the hearing aids which were fitted.
