"We were all singing and really happy"

(as a service user),

I used the ambulance service to transport me to and from hospital. The ambulance was full of OAP’s, like myself.

When we all got on, everyone was really miserable. However, the two girls, Cheryl O’Conner and Kayleigh Harris, were fantastic! By the time we got off we were all smiling and laughing. They made us happy.

It was like an outing to Weston-Super-Mare, rather than a hospital visit. We were all singing and really happy.

I wanted to say thank you.
