"No reception and wait more than 50 mins"

About: University Hospital (Coventry)

The service is poor. We have an appointment suppose 3:20pm and we finally saw the nurse at 4:10pm. There was no reception lady and we had queued for 25mins and at last we had to lock on the door to call people to help. If your department doesn't have enough resources to server each patient, then you should arrange a better service to explain. Rather leave all patients for waiting no reasons. Very poor
