What could be improved
My grandmother was left on a trolley for five hours in a side ward while we were repeatedly ignored by staff. She had suffered a stroke and is now paralysed with a very low quality of life. We are now told that had she been treated within the crucial time period of three hours then she would have had a good chance of recovery.
