"refferal letter not sent out after 7 weeks of ..."

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

can you help me please? I saw my consultant in RMC in Gynaecology on the 10th of august, I received a bad news, the consultant was very Nice, he said he will reffer me to another clenic in LRI so they can decide what will happen next as they can't do anything for me in LRI (treatement wise). DR said he reffered me, till now not letter of reffarel was sent out as I keep calling my gp and the other clinic to check. called the Dr secretary who told me she will send it out (that was 5 weeks after my appointement) waiting till now 7 weeks later and no letter of refferal. no one answer the phone and no one calls back even if message left on voice mail, and another voice mail that doesn't say if it's NHS or not. what should I do?
