"Rudest consultant I have ever met."

Having seen a professional, informative and thorough optician, I was told about concerns regarding my eye, and that he would like me to be seen urgently at the eye department at Ipswich hospital. So I went to see the consultant who seemed to have to interest in my eye health and was rather abrupt and rude and also called the opticians and spoke rather rudely to them. I would never again go to see this consultant again until she learns some manners and learns to respect others.
