"Ruined my experience"

I had my first baby last summer by emergency c section, the staff and facilities in the delivery ward were amazing but soon after having my baby I was moved to a busy, under staffed hell. It was far too hot, I was sweating constantly and my baby had to be in just a nappy so she couldn't wear her lovely new clothes, she seemed uncomfortable but whenever I would cuddle her, staff told me to put her down as she'd be too hot. The staff were so rude and made me cry several times, they were no help with breast feeding and they kept coming and pulling the curtains back whilst I was trying, I had no privacy and ended up bottle feeding because of this, and the staff kept implying I was a failure for giving up. It's very scary having your first child and once visiting hours are up you are all on your own with absolutely no support from staff. I'm now thinking of having another baby but I have been totally put off wansbeck and hospitals all together I'll probably opt for a home birth.
