"Very impressive customer service"

About: Homerton University Hospital

I attended an appointment in outpatients at 9.30am on 22nd September 2014. I arrived at 9.15 and firstly, on entering I wasn't sure where to go however staff at the reception desk very politely pointed me in the right direction. I was then signed in and the lady who signed me in was full of smiles and within 5 minutes I was called to see the doctor. The doctor was very approachable and when he sent me to the xray department and lung check, again everyone was fast and very polite. There was no time that I waited longer than 10-15 minutes to see each person, I was so impressed with the speed. in fact I had brought a good book along to keep me occupied as I had assumed I would have a long wait but i'm happy to say I didn't get a chance to get stuck into my book as I was being called up so quickly. I have not had such warm and customer focussed service in a very long time (probably not since i was last at the hospital about 5 years ago for an operation, and was again very impressed with the service), so well done to you all at Homerton, please keep it up!! Thank you.
