"Excellent outpatient care at Frenchay Hospital, Bristol"

I accompanied the patient as a carer, and was most impressed with the attitude of all staff from some ancillary staff (could have been porters or even contractors working on site). We were lost and one of the guys took us to the nearest appropriate corridor exit point then accurately described where we had to go.

The receptionist took us to the appropriate waiting room after greeting us with a lovely smile and helpful attitude. The technical staff greeted myself and patient with great care and despite having been warned that I could not accompany the patient, allowed me to do so, as they could see that they were somewhat distressed.

The whole visit made us feel comfortable and relaxed about what could have been a stressful visit.

Well done to everyone involved, you truly worked as a team all contributing towards the success of our visit.
