"Disgusting. A&E were shocking."

I was seen in the Medway A&E department recently.... the treatment I received was shocking! There was no privacy, I booked in at the reception only to be told I shouldn’t of been there after having a chronic headache for 13 days.... which had now become an acute problem! I had no observations or any past medical history taken from at the time of being 'triage' the nurse didn’t even ask of any allergies or over any pain relief instead she told me to go to the Medoc...? after waiting for the Medoc for 2 hours I was then told to go back to A&E... at this point I refused... I had just been told that my blood pressure was high and I was slightly tachycardic... the doctor kindly in the Medoc referred direct to a doctor in which case the doctor wanted to admit for iv antibs and iv pain relief! The A&E department is the most unhelpful and unprofessional! There was no nursing skill used at all!
