"Excellent all round"

I visited Moorfields today with what I learned was severe viral conjunctivitis. From the reassuring welcome & smile that greeted me from the lovely girl at Reception to the end of my visit I have nothing but praise. The optician spent considerable time testing all areas of my eye, putting in orange colourant & swabbing - while keeping me informed throughout of exactly what she was doing and finding. She sent me away with all I needed to feel far more comfortable and, just as importantly, the knowledge to understand the condition. Thank you all so much. Maggie
