We must also thank you for your pre operative consultation which was most thorough in content and delivered in such a manner with compassion and comfort inspiring full trust and confidence in your ability to achieve a favourable outcome. This was most significant in reducing fear and stress before a serious procedure and culminated in Irene attending on the day for the operation in a relaxed mood totally confident her fate was in your most capable hands. The outcome fulfilled our hopes and desires, exceeding our expectations all due to your skill and professionalism for which we thank you so very much.
