I was admitted to hospital due to severe headaches, and blinded vision in one of my eyes. I thought the communication between the nurse, a + e doctor and the clinical decisions unit staff was really effiecent. They were reassuring and made me feel at home. They provided great care and besides the wait to get the review of the doctors I can't fault the overall experience. I understand it's difficult times for the NHS but was pleased with the professialism. They took no chances and made sure I received the specific checks to rule out anything severe and I was updated thoroughly on what caused the pains I was suffering.
"Very pleased with the overall experience."
