"Treated with care and tact at Sheffield Dermatology"

I took my teenage son to the Dermatology Outpatients at the Hallamshire Hospital, Sheffield this morning for a biopsy.

This was not something he relished as the biopsy was to be taken from a - put delicately - very private part of his anatomy.

I wanted to thank the nurses and consultant for dealing with this very tactfully, giving him information, involving him and allowing him as much privacy as the situation allowed. I am sure this helped him to feel relaxed, and also to reassure him if further intervention is required.
