Where to start...communication between staff & patients. Family been told of progress or not, better care overall.

After having my 3 major operation at this hospital, I do hope it is my last. I was left the first time and basically from start to the time I was released, the whole of my "treatment & recovery" was a mix of everything. I was left to suffer, I fell out of bed after been moved to a recovery ward and was left till morning for an x-ray, I was left in wet bedding, my family complained so many times, most of the staff were unhelpful & did not have the time of day for you, I heard other elderly patients been spoken to badly and I could go on and on. The hospital looks nice, but does not have the right manner of how to do what they are suppose to do, that is to look after the patients...as we come first. Very unhappy experience, not just for me, but for my family also.
