"I received no actual treatment"

About: The Eastman Dental Hospital

(as the patient),

The person who saw me was very unprofessional, I felt humiliated.

Kept asking about my unemployment and family history and other irrelevant personal information. Despite having a clear diagnosis after 1 minute of physical examination, I received no actual treatment. They offered to teach me breathing exercises.

Pathetic and offensive. No response to my complaint.
