What a truly wonderful experience. Although I was anxious about the procedure, the receptionists, nurses & consultant were so reassuring & pleasant, explaining everything involved that I was put fully at ease. Even the catering staff were pleasant & polite, respecting my privacy. In and out in less that an hour, including lunch. Wonderful treatment.
