"Excellent treatment at Good Hope hospital EPAU"

I was referred to the early pregnancy unit at Good Hope hospital for an early reassurance scan. From the moment I booked in to the moment I left, the staff were amazing. They remembered and used my name (something unheard of in most places these days). They explained everything to me, offered comfort and reassurance. I was worried and upset about the scan (no bad news, just worried) and was even offered a quiet room if I didn't want to return to the waiting room. Every member of staff that I saw was kind, caring, warm and comforting. I couldn't have asked for better.
