"Exceptional quality of staff"

After having an abnormal pap smear, I was sent to the Gynaecology ward of Kings College at Denmark Hill this morning. I found it easy to get to by public transport, the facilities clean and tidy and the staff caring and friendly from the moment I walked through the door. Upon entry, I stood at the sign trying to figure out which way to get to Suite 8 and a staff member approached me and asked if I needed some assistance, she proceeded to walk with me to the suite to make sure I arrived ok. I was then greeted by a friendly and approachable receptionist. My Dr and Nurse were exceptional throughout my procedure, they asked all the concerning questions, explained the procedure, side effects and action moving forward in detail and made me feel very comfortable, retained my dignity and gave me all the time I needed to leave the hospital feeling very satisfied. I highly recommend their services and those of the hospital - the NHS should feel proud of the environment and quality of staff they have at Kings College Denmark Hill.
