"First class"

: I have just spent a few days in ward 9 and I wanted to write to tell you how well I was treated. from my initial arrival at A&E with breathing difficulties - from the receptionist was friendly welcoming and efficient, the triage nurse who assessed me, the nursing staff that monitored me and took bloods etc in A&E , the lovely man who chatted with me and made me a cup of tea ( he has been with you 7 yrs he is a definite keeper ) , my fantastically funny doctor in a and e who kept me calm and smiling despite the fact that I was panicking and scared- the porters who transferred me to the ward - to then arrive and spend a few days with ward 9 hardworking ,friendly, efficient team I was bowled over - the ward was so clean the staff spoke to every 'inmate' with so much respect and kindness at all times I think a lots of other hospitals could learn a lot from you guys there. Both of my in laws have just been in Northampton general hospital for a few weeks their staff attitudes and cleanliness could not be any further away from Wexham - maybe they should come and see how it should be done !!! Keep it up and well done and thank you to everyone !
